ABOUT MIC
Part Breathwork facilitator, part wellness enthusiast, and someone who truly understands the transformative power of a deep, intentional breath.
With over two decades of experience in martial arts and yoga, Mic’s journey into conscious breathing began early. As an asthmatic child, he grew up familiar with the anxiety of shortness of breath and later faced respiratory challenges as a teenager swimming with a chlorine allergy. These experiences planted the seeds of his awareness of the breath—and its impact on the body and mind.
Fast forward to adulthood, and Mic found himself battling burnout, depression, and addiction, feeling stuck in a cycle that left him dejected and disconnected from those around him. Everything changed when he discovered breathwork. Through intentional breathing practices, Mic felt a profound shift: restored energy, renewed hope, and a deep reconnection with himself and others. No more extended low moods—just excitement for life and what lies ahead.
With extensive training in yoga, meditation, pranayama, and sound healing, Mic has spent years refining his approach to holistic wellbeing. Most recently, he completed the Breathwork Facilitator course with Breathless Expeditions, deepening his practice and passion. Now, he’s excited to share the life-changing potential of breathwork with as many people as possible, helping them reconnect with their breath, their energy, and their possibilities.
