IMPORTANT STUFF FOR NEWBIES

Yoga High is a feel-good, energetic space to explore daily conscious movement. Come share in the strong energy and positive vibes of our hot room so we can sweat, stretch, and laugh together. 

We’ve created a sanctuary of strength and joy for our diverse community. From spicy workouts to deep relaxation, we’re here to help you challenge yourself, find stillness, and come out stronger. 

No matter your ability, our yoga and pilates classes are for everyone. We aim to be the best part of your day, so you can get high on life!

Join us in person at Tullamarine and Caroline Springs, or online with our On Demand library.

It’s normal to feel a little nervous with your first class. Please don’t be, we have got you! To make it a little easier for you, here is a list of things you need to know before your first class:

LET'S GET STARTED

  • Book your fave class/classes ahead, this way you can be sure to get a spot. Just remember to cancel out on time to avoid those pesky late cancel/no show fines.
  • Arrive earlier so you have enough time to put your stuff away, fill up your water bottle, make that one last toilet stop and most importantly so you have space to chill before class starts. You may miss class if you are late – and this disappointment we would like to avoid.

STUFF I NEED TO KNOW

  • Please ensure you have a towel (size of a bath towel) for ALL classes, a mat (approx 4.5mm thick for mat classes), bottle of water to drink (NOT GLASS – as we are a glass bottle free environment!)
  • Towels, mat & water can be purchased at both the Tullamarine & Caroline Springs studio
  • Wear light clothing so you can move with ease
  • We are all about positive high vibes and provide a non-judgment space meeting you where you are with your practice. We ask you do the same 🙂

WHAT ELSE IS AT YOGA HIGH?

  • Showers – for after class should you be heading to work or a party
  • Lockers – for your personal belongings such as phone, keys, wallet/purse
  • Couch area – to catch up with friends ’cause chats before and after class are the best!
  • Nourishment – home made protein packed and nutrition dense bliss balls for pre and post class munchies 
  • On point hydration – coconut water, kombucha, water to replenish electrolytes
  • A happy and positive space with a high vibing community
