YOGA HIGH
TERMS & CONDITIONS POLICY

GENERAL

  • Yoga High will ensure that all efforts are invested in ensuring all classes be delivered on time. However there may be times when a scheduled class will be cancelled and not be delivered.
  • I understand that classes at Yoga High may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death.
  • The front door to the studio will be locked exactly on the scheduled time each class begins for safety and security. Late entry will not be permitted so please ensure that you arrive at the studio with plenty of time to organise yourself before class begins.
  • Yoga High is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.
  • Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits.
  • Yoga High does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on services or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final.
  • All passes and memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared (except for the 50 Class Pass).
  • Sometimes teachers cannot make a class so we allow flexibility for change or cancellation of classes without notice as well as Teachers being subject to change without notice.
  • If you have an enquiry regarding booking please email hi@yogahigh.com.au. We highly recommend you book online to avoid disappointment.
  • Class packs and memberships exclude attendance to workshops, retreats, teacher training or other special events.
  • Workshop / special event cancellations can only be made by phone or email and require 7 business days notice. Any non-cancellations will mean you forfeit that visit.
  • Payment needs to be made upon booking. To book into a class you must either have credits in your account or pay at the time of booking.
  • I understand that classes at Yoga High may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death.
  • By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions.
 

YOGA HEART / ALL HEART – AUTO PAY MEMBERSHIP

  • The minimum term for the Yoga Heart / All Heart – Auto Pay Membership is 4 Months, you may not cancel the Auto Pay Membership before that date for any reason. The term of the Yoga Heart / All Heart Membership commences on the date that you purchase the membership or such other date as agreed by Yoga High.
  • After the expiry of the minimum 4 month term, the membership will continue until you advise Yoga High via email – hi@yogahigh.com.au – if you intend to suspend or cancel the Yoga Heart / All Heart Membership.
  • 30 days notice is required to process the cancellation.
  • Yoga Heart / All Heart Memberships can be suspended for minimum 1 week and maximum of 6 weeks, per 12 month period, via email hi@yogahigh.com.au
  • A minimum of 7 days notice is required prior to the requested suspension date.
  • It is the member’s responsibility to inform Yoga High if their nominated card details have changed, lost, stolen or card cancelled and to be aware of scheduled dates for the membership payments.
 

INTRO OFFERS FOR BOTH MAT & REFORMER CLASSES

  • All Intro Offers are only available to new members of Yoga High who have never attended the studios before.  The Intro Offer is available one time only.
  • No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on portions not used on the Intro Offer for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All Intro Offer purchases are final.
  • All Intro Offers are valid for 14/21 consecutive days from the first day of the member’s visit
  • If you have been absent from the studio for 6 months or more, you will be eligible for the Re-Intro offer of 21 consecutive days for $99.
 

10 CLASS PASS

  • 10 Class Passes purchased expire after 3 months from the first visit.
  • No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on portions not used of the 10 Class Pass for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All 10 Class Pass purchases are final.
 

50 CLASS PASS

  • 50 Class Pass purchased expire after 12 months. More than one person can share this pass.
  • No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on portions not used of the 50 Class Pass for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All 50 Class Pass purchases are final.
 

UNLIMITED 6 & 12 MONTHS UPFRONT PAYMENT MEMBERSHIPS

  • These passes are activated on the first day of practice
  • No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on portions not used of the 6 or 12 months unlimited membership for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All 6 & 12 months unlimited passes purchases are final.
 

CLASS BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • If you have booked to attend a class and wish to cancel your attendance, you must process the cancellation through the online booking system no less than 3 hours prior to the scheduled commencement time for the class. For 6am classes, please cancel 10 hours before. This is in consideration of others who are wanting to practise. We will not accept cancellations by phone, e-mail or any other method other than by using the online booking system. There is a cancellation fee of $10 for mat classes and $25 for reformer classes.
  • Please ensure you get on the waiting list if there is a class you wish to practise and is fully booked. You will be notified via email when and if you get bumped up. It is up to you to check your emails two hours prior to class commencing. Yoga High will not be responsible for sending you updates and or notifications regarding this.
  • This policy is very visible on our website as well as the Mindbody app. We are unable to make any exceptions to this in the efforts of being fair and consistent to all.
  • If you have booked to attend a 6am class and wish to cancel your attendance, you must process the cancellation through the online booking system up to 9 hours prior to the scheduled commencement time for the class. We will not accept cancellations by phone, e-mail or any other method other than by using the online booking system.
  • Clients on an unlimited membership that book in to the 6 am class and either do not cancel 9 hours prior to class or do not show up will be charged $10 No Show Fee. Clients on a 10/50 class pass membership will have a class deducted. Payment will be automatically processed via our online system. By booking online you are agreeing to our policy.
  • This policy is displayed very visibly around the studio, on our website as well as the Mindbody app. We are unable to make any exceptions to this in the efforts of being fair and consistent to all.
